Our Acute Care probiotic spray is applied directly to your dog’s skin to help treat immediate minor fungal and bacterial issues such as:

How to use Micromed Acute Care Probiotics for Dogs?

Apply one to two full sprays on the affected areas twice daily, and continue for at least 10 days after the issue has resolved.

What size Micromed Acute Care Probiotics to buy?

125ml - small breed (1-10kg)

500ml - medium breed (10-26kg)

5ltr - Large breed (26kg+)

Note: Do not use in conjunction with antibiotic, anti-fungal or anti-bacterial medications, creams or washes or products with ingredients such a zinc, tea-tree, neem or essential oils. Begin using MicroMed probiotics immediately after finishing antibiotics, or other recommended washes etc. to re-instate the beneficial bacteria, fungi and protozoa

Super impressed

Wow MicroMed for dogs is seriously impressive! We usually end up at the vet for Isaderm and Apoquel, but after just three days of using the MicroMed spray, the red, itchy areas on our dog’s stomach have cleared right up! Even the raw spots between his toes are healing nicely too. Fingers crossed this means no more expensive vet visits for the same issue. Huge thanks to the MicroMed team - amazing product! 😊💯

Yay - no more scratching and yes long may it last - do finish the bottle wont you as if you have had to resort to apoquel there are chronic issues at play. It's amazing the benefit of simply re-establishing those healthy microbes and just be on the lookout for anything on labels thats anti-bacterial or antifungal or antiseptic that can kill the beneficial microbes now eh. wow thats so great Sheryl - we are so chuffed for you and your beautiful Schnauzer - just bear in mind too that in natural medicine we believe hot spots are a sign of internal toxicity and the body trying to eliminate this through the largest eliminative pathway - the skin! Effective

My dog was not a fan of the spray and would run away whenever he saw the bottle. However, I now apply the Micro Med with a cotton pad and after 5 days have noticed a huge reduction in redness on his stomach and around the mouth. My dog is no longer constantly scratching. It has made a huge difference for my long haired border collier.

Awww so sorry your dog doesn't like sprays - but so pleased you found a way around that and so pleased MicroMed is working to reduce inflammation and get on top of that irritating scratching. Yay for our microbes!
