Friends with Tales 

It has been a pleasure being a part of Friends with Tales who assists animals across New Zealand find a second chance at love in a new family they can call their own. They support all rescues and pounds across the country showcasing and rehoming animals including farm animals. They offer support to all animal parents by offering information on training, pet care, animal education, pet needs and emergency care details.

The Grace Programme 

Here at MicroMed, we set-up the Grace Programme to enable us to provide complimentary product to Pet Rescues and Animal Shelters across New Zealand. We believe it important to support pets in need and animals in our community, and give thanks to those that donate their time and love to care and support this cause too. 

Northland Showhunter

Its always great to support a club that brings a community together - Northland Show Hunter is a group who actively promote Show Hunter through shows, practice days, introductory (training) days and coaching opportunities. They run events throughout the year in Whangarei – Barge Park and also in the Bay of Islands area - Kaikohe Showgrounds and Waimate North Showgrounds.

Rangitikei Area Distance Riders

Aimee and I have shared many personal moments over our long relationship and its an absolute joy to support RADRs who formed in June 2015, by the founding members Sandy McCuan and Aimee Merrick with the goal of  promoting distance riding in the Rangitikei. “The intention is to not compete against existing clubs but to complement them by offering more rides and encouraging new people to try distance riding.  The club continues to flourish, with over 200 members and over $16,000 raised for local community groups in 5 short seasons”.  Their events are friendly, inclusive and affordable and everyone is welcome!   

Waitemata Riding Club

It has been a pleasure to support The Waitemata Riding Club as an adult only (21+) riding club based around West Auckland.  Established in 1987, its aim is to provide a relaxed alternative to registered competitions and is proving just as competitive and fun.

Auckland Miniature Horse Club

Welcoming Auckland Miniature Horse Club Inc. into the fold recently has been a lovely building of connection - and look forward to this growing in strength. The AMHC was badly affected by Covid19 and sponsorship was required so we were delighted to pick up the torch for them.
