Dog Acral Lick Granuloma Treatment | Aural Lick Dermatitis | Probiotic Spray
If your dog is continually licking a particular area, without respite it seems, and often on the front of the lower leg, rendering it unable to heal, and continuing the cycle of itching and discomfort, this is aural lick dermatitis.
The veterinary approach is often to try to discourage the dog from licking, through the use of a collar or by applying a foul-tasting solution on the dermatitis.
We had a case of this with Dee, a beautiful Alsatian, whose owner Nikki Fisk, reported, ”Ordered and received my MicroMed spray last week - really happy with results after 8 days of use. It's exciting! We have tried everything and spent sooo much money! I can't wait to see how it looks in another week. She's a very happy girl”.
