detail about your dog as there are
loads of factors that can cause the itch. For example - kibble being up to 70% carbs (sugars) can feed a
fungal overgrowth and so as the fungi dieoff the cell wall breaks open releasing toxins that are
skin irritants, or it could be a Leaky Gut at play which soooo many dogs have nowadays. MicroMed can help over
time but giving homemade bone broth too at cup a day helps repaur the gut - takes a few
months. Food allergies particularly to beef, chicken and soy are rampant now but allergies are caused by Leaky Gut so do work on this if you can. Another major cause of skin irritation can be chemicals whether from chemical flea treatments, vaccinations -( nearly all contain aluminium and mercury and formaldehyde) or worming preps etc. Even the flyspray emitters with permethrins can be a skun irritant so oike I say we love

Oh gosh Helen so sorry you have experienced this. We actually send all our dog and cat product out with a 'Recommendations Sheet' and on that paperwork that accompanies the bottle we state that if your dog has sensitive or inflamed skin to dilute the product by 50% with bottled water. This same sheet also has quite a number of other recommendations because we strive to assist our customers as much as we can to allow their pets to reach complete resolve of the issues that urged you to buy the product in the first place. On the bottle there is also clear instructions of how to use the product and how much to use. So if your dog has sensitive skin or its inflanmed please do for the first few days, until the MicroMed has calmed it down, dilute by 50% and use a cotton pad to administer a very wet, diluted preparatiuon. We also state in our 'Recommendation Sheet' paperwork to be mindful that a number of dogs are now suffering 'HIT' (Histamine Intolerance) where anything fermented,( and our product is fermented), may cause redness and an increase in histamine and if this is the case please discontinue the probiotic and contact me here at MicroMed so i can explain what Histamine Intolerance is and what you can do about it. Quite a number of drugs now cause this condition of HIT. I hope this helps and I will also send you an email as there is no phone number on your order. We can refund you of course if that is what you wish but unless your dog has Histamine Intolerance - you should find diluting it with bottled water as above instructions is suffice to than make it more acceptable to 'inflamed skin'.
